Dear David I am sorry for this problems. Your application was filled Wed-Feb-2, 2005, 18:04:50 EST but order was compleated only Feb-21-2005. This means that address was filled incorrect. I was email request to You about this problem and You made address correction. I am sorry we can t be responsable for Your mistakes and ship every time by very expensive express post. Even it was reprinted for free (regular reprinting fee $15 for Your order type)without waiting when it will be returned to me back because I understand that You are overseas and You need IDL, but You declined me request to pay again for express shipping. That is why Your order was shipped by regular mail only. I am sorry if You do nok know exect address it is better to use regular registered mail. :rolleyes: Its about time!!!!!!!The service was exceptionaly poor!and slow!!up until today i have been waiting almost 2 months for it!i paid $50 to have it shipped express!in wich i wont get back because it never got here!!until you send it again through regular mail this time...and i still dont get my $50 back in wich i paid you for shipping!anywaysthe quality isnt good either,does everyone look distorted??!!i am happy that I FINALLY GOT WHAT I PAID TOO MUCH MONEY FOR!!

Hi im interested in getting a IDL, but i have 2 questions, first of all, can I get insurence an plates under my name using a valid driver licence from my country, and with the IDL? and the other question is after fill in up the application, if I decide to pay you with a money order, what is the next step? :D I really appreciated you can answer my questions ASAP, cause of this depends how I ll procede.
