Hello, I have placed the order on 15 March 2005(evening). I have not received the package yet. I enquired the FedEx. They said that it has been wrongly routed. I have opted for express mail (24-48 hours delivery). FedeX said that it would arrive tomorrow (22 March). I want my express mailing money back (33.60USD). They said they would return the money back due to delayed delivery. How do I get the money back? Are you going to claim from FedEx for delayed delivery and then pay me back my mailing charges?
